NOTICE TO VACATE & FORWARDING ADDRESS

Your lease requires you to provide a written notification of your intent to move out. Please refer to your most recent Residential Lease or Extension of Residential Lease for the required guidelines. If you are unsure of your requirements, please contact your property manager.

To receive your security deposit disbursement, you are required to provide our office with your forwarding address in writing. Please complete the below form and click the “Submit” button below to submit your completed form to our office.

Your security deposit disbursement will be mailed to you via regular mail within 30 days after all keys and access devices have been returned to CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Property Management. Please allow 5-7 business days for mail delivery.

If we do not have your forwarding address, your security deposit will not be returned until we receive a forwarding address.

It is important that we have updated contact information, including phone numbers and email addresses in case we need to reach you after you vacate the property. We may have questions that require an answer from you in order to settle your security deposit disbursement.

NOTICE: Unless the tenant(s) notify CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Property Management otherwise, the forwarding address provided below, will apply to all financially responsible tenants listed on your lease agreement.
